Please understand... I don't send out many emails but when I do you should pay attention.
The properties I will send may include bank owned/reo properties that my office is handling, a deal we are watching or a property that I have under contract.
These properties may be off market or MLS listings.

2. If I send you info about an "on market property" get information from me and submit an offer with me as you agent. Don't call someone else.
